Protective equipment

Safety is one of our priorities.
Every laser system from ALPHA LASER has maximum safety equipment and is carefully inspected at the factory before delivery. Here you will find a selection of accessories, all ideal for working safely with our Class 4 open laser systems.

Protection – Against What?

Laser radiation
Without eye protection, invisible laser radiation in the wavelength range of 1064 nm to 1070 nm damages the eyes. Therefore laser protection goggles must always be worn in the laser area.
Secondary radiation
When the laser beam meets the material, UV radiation and bright bluelight occur in the „plasma flare“. This secondary radiation can damage the skin and eyes.
Smoke
When the laser beam meets the material, toxic smoke occurs, which proper exhaustion will keep away from the user and other people.

• Mandatory for everyone the laser area
